How do you ship your products?
Shipping prices are based on Australia Post standard international package shipping weight ranges. In order to provide tracking information for all packages that are shipped out, I have chosen this shipping method. Shipping takes a minimum of 10 business days between major international cities (please expect some delay for regional or rural areas).

When will my item ship?
Items typically ship within 3-5 days after purchase. Pre-order items will have their expected shipping dates listed with the product description.

What is your return and exchange policy?
I'm quite proud of the quality of my products! Each run is individually inspected for defects, so you can be sure that what you see listed is what you'll get. Any defective items will be set aside for future seconds sales, and will clearly be listed as such. For this reason I do not accept returns or exchanges and all sales are final.

The post office says I need to pay customs fees?
